MLRange - Range management

Range management
MLRange is used to control a ML2000 range in competitions. The program has a
extremely user friendly interface so ensure that alle range managers can use the
system.
The current version was completely rewritten in 2003 to benefit from all our
experience since 1997. In this way we have been able to establish a program that
supports all kinds of rifle and pistol shooting and still beeing easy to use.
The program has proven its usability in a wide range of shooting disciplines:
- DFS 15m, 100m, 200m, 300
- NSF - open national competitions with drop-in shooters and mixed
shooting programs (60 shot and match)
- Championships according to ISSF regulations
- Air rifle and pistol
- 50m rifle
- 25m/50m pistol
- 300m rifle
- Running target on 100m and 50m
- FSR/SSF 10m, 50m and 300m
When useing MLRange you can:
- Configure the system for the competition (target type, shooting program,
calibre etc,)
- Create a new relay or new shooters (drop-in)
- Control marking (single, series or closed finals)
- Manage a timer on the shooters monitor
- Monitor the shooting and the system behaviour
- Correct the score card after faults
- Control final marking
- Manage and send data for audience viewer and office
- Print graphical score cards
Connection between the ML2000 and the PC-world
MLRange collects shots from the electronic scoring system and provides access
to this information for the office and audience viewer. The electronic target
system is connected to a standard serial communication port thru a PC-adapter.
Other PC's are connected over the PC-network (LAN). In this way you can build a
ML2000 system according to your needs for each competition.
